Well that Orlando FX trip set my schedule back big time and I was finally able to get back on track and dive into my Artist Proof Stash. As you know by now, These don't officially come out until June. Here is your chance to score one ahead of time signed and numbered by yours truly. The A/P kaNO Stitch is limited to 7 pieces and they all don the same painted application.
Note the new painted ears, the stripe across the face is changed to purple, some details on the feet, and I threw in an MJ tongue sticking out for good measure.
The only place to get these is at the kaNO shop on Thursday, May 7th at 12 p.m.(EST). Each Artist Proof will be priced at $100.00 USD + S/H.
The staff at online toy retailer, Dragatomi, has been hard at work putting the finishing touches to their new storefront which will be opening in the city of Sacramento, California. No official announcement has been made but look for doors to open as soon as Saturday, May 09, 09. Based on the items listed at their website it looks like the new storefront will have a diverse collection of designer toys in stock to satisfy the needs of most, if not all, the collectors in the area. So be sure to stop by and show some support for one of the better designer toy retailers out there... Congratulations Dragatomi!!!

In anticipation of his imminent clothing line release with Upper Playground on August 1, and in celebration of his new book “Shiganist,” Usugrow has rallied the book’s contributors to action. Together, these five artists are taking over the walls of the FIFTY24SF Gallery and tearing down the house. True to the meaning behind “Shingan” - those who create based on visions spurred by the mind’s eye and those who are not affected by the opinions and expectations placed on them by the outside world - USUGROW, MOZYSKEY, TOSHIKAZU NOZAKA, BENE and JUN KANEKO are driven by the pure passion to create.
The work being presented on May 7th is a testament to those who live life for the love of art. From body art to street art, these young men have explored every aspect of the creative world. They have fought passionately for the right to express what the mind’s eye has shown them and have succeeded at every turn. Encumbered by the weight of societal expectations, they defy the prescribed life path and valiantly pursue the life of the “Shinganist.” Bringing us art born from passion, a harmonious blend of various culture’s aspects absorbed over time that still reflects a style inherent to Japan, this show will be one of a kind.
Coming this Friday, May 8th at Noon PST, we are pleased to announce SkullBunny! Each is signed, numbered and comes in shown bunny suit. Due to the nature of the materials, some differences should be expected in each figure. 10 figures in this set, $650 per figure.

The Natural Wood Series will be released at www.noferin.com May 5th, 3 p.m.(PST)
PECANPALS " NATURAL WOOD" SERIES INFO:
Natural Wood Series Limited to only 300 friends. Made from 100% wood. Articulated joints. All individually hand crafted.
Pecanpals are made from 100% sustainably harvested wood. They are made from rubber tree wood that would otherwise go to waste. Rubber trees are planted for their rubber, and after about 20 years, their rubber yields start to diminish. We use this beautiful wood, thus saving it from the fire pit.
No two Pecanpals look the same. They all have very unique markings due to the wood grain. Some are spotted, some have a marbled look, some are a mixture of the two. We are very pleased with these figures and hope that you enjoy them too.
Remember all purchases will receive a complimentary double-sided poster. Purchases of complete sets will receive a complimentary hand cut, hand pressed varnished wooden print.
